Luxore Skin began as a pilot project to understand the Indian premium skincare and haircare market. The goal: validate demand for a ritual-driven, aspirational brand, while building everything from scratch — branding, storytelling, digital infrastructure, and operational setup.

Built a fully operational e-commerce platform with payment gateways, automated fulfillment, and delivery partner integration.
Expanded to marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit).
Managed Merchant Center listings, ensuring visibility on Google Shopping.
