From Pilot Experiment to Premium Skincare Brand

PROBLEM

Luxore Skin began as a pilot project to understand the Indian premium skincare and haircare market. The goal: validate demand for a ritual-driven, aspirational brand, while building everything from scratch — branding, storytelling, digital infrastructure, and operational setup.

At launch, Luxore Skin had no identity, no digital presence, and no e-commerce setup. The challenge was clear: generate awareness, build credibility, engage consumers, and drive e-commerce sales, all while learning from real-time market feedback.
