PROBLEM

Kinfolk Montessori, a 6-year-old institution in Whitefield, faced a brand perception gap. Despite having premium infrastructure and a strong Montessori program, their branding and marketing failed to reflect the same quality. Key challenges included:

A lack of premium branding that matched their offerings and target audience.
 

Low awareness, even within their immediate neighborhood.
 

Limited online credibility compared to standalone and multi-branch competitors.
 

Inability to showcase events and activities in an engaging, differentiated way.
 

Lead generation that produced quantity but not quality, resulting in low conversions.
 

An underperforming website that did little to capture and convert leads.

We knew Kinfolk needed more than “better marketing.” They needed a brand reinvention. One that felt premium, credible, and distinctly Montessori, so here's what we did:

REIMAGINED BRANDING

We built a visual identity that balanced the vibrance of childhood with the calmness of Montessori philosophy. Custom illustrations became the heart of the identity, setting Kinfolk apart in a sea of generic preschool branding.

They previously had to go through high volumes of irrelevant enquiries & junk leads that simply weren’t the right fit for Kinfolk.
